At Wigs.com, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible hairpieces and styling accessories. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original factory condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original hair net and box, ensuring all tags are attached and any free gifts or accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is in pristine condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
